Floorwalker
Role Title: How Do I Floorwalker
Reports To: Training and Support Manager
Duration: 5 weeks
* Induction dates 26th or 27th Feb prior to workmencing on the 2nd March
Key Responsibilities
• Be proactive with a visible and approachable presence to answer questions (not technical troubleshooting)
• Deliver demos via Microsoft Teams both in person and for remote colleagues using pre-defined scripts and presentation decks
• Explain differences between Zoom and Teams (meeting setup, chat, collaboration tools)
• Share tips and best practices for effective use of teams
• Encourage engagement and confidence in using teams for daily work
• Record all assistance provided to colleagues
Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams features and functionality
• Ability tomunicate clearly and educate users in a friendly, non-technical way
• Familiarity with Zoom to explain migration differences
•fortable presenting and engaging with both in-person and remote audiences via teams
• Excellent interpersonal and facilitation
