As we continue to expand our services across the Liverpool area, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our Speke office.
The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant within our domiciliary care division, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to provide outstanding care. You’ll manage the full recruitment process—from attracting and interviewing candidates to compliance and placement—ensuring every hire meets our high standards of compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domiciliary care roles (Care Assistants, Support Staff)
* Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
* Conduct interviews, right-to-work checks, and ensure full compliance with CQC and company standards
* Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
* Work towards individual and team targets in a supportive, collaborative environment
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all placements meet regulatory and company requirements
About You
* Experienced in healthcare or domiciliary care recruitment (agency or in‑house)
* Knowledgeable about CQC regulations and care compliance
* A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Target‑driven, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes
* Motivated to make a difference in the care sector
* Recruitment‑related qualifications such as CIPD, Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Recruitment Practice, or equivalent are desirable
* Additional qualifications in business administration or human resources will be advantageous
