About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
2. Provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
3. Manage contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship to ensure standards are met.
4. Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
5. Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
6. Work safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
Key Hiring Criteria
1. Right to work in the UK.
2. Valid driving license.
3. Relevant certifications and qualifications, including Grade Cards such as CSCS.
4. NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical Services.
5. Experience in Facilities Management.
6. Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
