Job Description
3. Lead the development and execution of commercial plans across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
4. Manage and support teams across Sales, Marketing, and Digital.
5. Own the commercial P&L and ensure delivery of financial targets.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, retailers, and digital partners.
7. Oversee brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives.
8. Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.
9. Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Finance, and Product Development.
The Successful Applicant
10. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director with a background in branded food or drinks
11. Experience leading sales, marketing and digital teams
12. Comfortable dealing with major retail customers
13. Based in the Midlands, comfortable being based out of the HQ in Birmingham
14. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
15. Strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively.
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
17. Commercially focused with a solid understanding of consumer trends and market dynamics.
18. Experience in digital transformation and brand development is advantageous.
