The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor (1–3 years’ PQE) to join the growing Leicester team. This is a great chance to develop your career in a top-ranked national team, working alongside highly experienced lawyers and partners.

Your Profile
* 1–3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
* Solid experience in both contentious and advisory employment work
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
* A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
* Enthusiasm to grow within a busy and high-performing team
Responsibilities
* Support senior lawyers on complex employment law matters across a broad range of sectors
* Handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
* Get involved in advising clients on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, contracts, and policies
* Represent clients in tribunal claims under supervision, with opportunities to run your own matters
* Contribute to client relationships and assist with business development activities
* Collaborate with a friendly, dynamic team in a flexible, supportive environment
