About you:
* Passionate about working with fresh, high quality ingredients
* Committed to the highest standards of food hygiene, H&S and allergen awareness
* Eager to continue learning and developing
* Experienced in a fine dining restaurant as a Chef de Partie, Demi or Junior Sous
* Previous experience with Italian cuisine and/or seafood is an advantage but not a requirement
