What your days will look like:
- Advising practice teams on independence requirements - helping them navigate regulations and structure services effectively.
- Managing key independence processes ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
- Coaching junior team members - enhancing their knowledge, problem‑solving abilities and soft skills.
- Working with and reporting to senior stakeholders across the firm and network.
- Supporting audit tenders and major transitions, advising on independence considerations during client rotations.
- Collaborating with engagement teams across the firm, guiding them on non‑audit services and technology tool permissibility.
