Are you someone who’s proactive, a great team player, and has a good eye for detail?
If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Workplace Solutions team (Facilities) as a Workplace Solutions Coordinator. You will support our workplaces in the South region to ensure our colleagues have a great place to work. The role is based in Eastleigh, with regular travel to offices and depots in the South region, including Horndean, Petersfield, Hedge End, and Bordon. Occasional travel to other regional offices may be required. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential due to coverage of multiple corporate sites.
Our Workplace Solutions team is committed to creating excellent workspaces, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and foster collaboration and creativity.
With your proven customer service skills and proactive attitude, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and aesthetics of our buildings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
You will need confidence and assertiveness to engage with colleagues, manage difficult conversations, and resolve workplace issues. Building relationships with suppliers and contractors, and managing some contracts, will also be part of your responsibilities.
We value continuous improvement; bringing new ideas and solutions to enhance colleague experiences and ensure we’re always striving to be the best.
This role offers variety; enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a passion for excellent customer service, accurate reporting, and compliance are essential.
If you have the right experience, skills, and attitude, and want to be part of a dedicated team, we want to hear from you.
Interviews will be held face-to-face at our Eastleigh office on 28th March 2025.
