This is a permanentfull-timepositionbased on sitereporting to the Head of Sales.

Job Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of the event planning process
* Build strong client relationships and provide creative, tailored event solutions.
* Host client site visits, offering expert advice on eventlogisticsand venue capabilities
* Manage and support the Sales & Events Coordinator, ensuring effective coordination across multiple sites
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver on all agreed proposal details and client expectations
* ProduceaccurateBEOs and coordinate internal and external teamsincluding AV, security, and maintenancefor seamless event delivery
* Provide thorough handovers to stadium operations and conductpost eventfollow-upstoidentifyopportunities for futuresales eventP&L reports to support revenue and performancetracking
* MaintainaccurateCRM records and createpost eventP&L reports to support revenue and performance tracking
Key Requirements:
* 3–5 years’ event planning experience, ideally within a stadium or large event venue
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events at once
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuringhigh standardsthroughout planning and delivery
* Creativeproblem-solvingabilities suited to aafat paced,client focusedenvironment solvingabilities suited to afast paced,client focusedenvironment
* Excellent communication andrelationship buildingskills, with the ability to inspire confidence and buildlong-termclientpartnerships buildingskills, with the ability to inspire confidence and buildlong-termclient partnerships
* Passion for food, service excellence, and continuous improvement, with strong industry knowledge and awareness of current event trends
