We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of learning needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Location: Burnley
Hours: Part-Time (flexible days)
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Support classroom learning by adapting materials and resources.
- Promote independence, confidence, and social skills in pupils.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
