The Role
:
As a Legal Secretary / Paralegal in private client department, you will be supporting solicitors with legal and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting, proofreading, and reviewing all outgoing communications before dispatch.
2. Assisting colleagues in handling client matters.
3. Organising workload to meet lawyer and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.
4. Providing essential typing and administrative aid.
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal or in a similar role.
6. Possess relevant qualifications and experience.
7. Ideally have experience working in Private client department
8. Skilled in Microsoft word / excel / outlook.
9. Typing speed of 70 wpm.
10. Case management experience would be beneficial.
11. Strong diary management skills and attention to detail.
