Working hours are across Monday to Friday (40 hour working week):
* Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 16:00 (1-hour unpaid break each day)
* Friday: 08:00 – 13:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
* Plus 10 additional flexible hours per week, to be worked between 07:30 and 18:30 to allow for the early Friday finish
Additional Details:
* Pay rate is £13-15 per hour depending on experience
* This role is minimum 2-3 months, with potential for long-term
* Based in Cricklade area (due to location transport is essential)

Duties & Responsibilities for the Lead Generator role:
* Make a high volume of outbound calls to new & existing customers (Businesses, including local councils, schools etc.)
* Identify upcoming projects and gathering relevant information to be passed to the sales team to follow up on
* Accurately record conversations, outcomes, and follow-up actions
* Keeping prospect calendars and CRM records fully up to date
* Ensure you are professional, with a confident telephone manner
Experience required for the Lead Generator role:
* Be confident on the telephone with excellent communication skills
* Be comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls
* Have the ability to be pro-active and work with minimal supervision
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong written / PC skills, with ability to log relevant information, update calenders, systems etc.
