Cleaning Operative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated mobile Cleaning Operative to join our Estate Services cleaning team. You will cover our Magna sites across Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport, Sherborne, and Yeovil, providing scheduled and responsive cleaning services.

Main duties include (but are not limited to):
* Commercial cleaning — vacuuming, polishing, dusting, mopping, descaling surfaces and floors throughout communal areas.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment in Magna’s sheltered flats, housing, and supported sites.
* Removing graffiti and sharps, including cleaning blood spillages and bodily fluids (full training provided, PPE supplied).
* Deep cleaning of void properties.
Qualifications and skills for success:
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is desirable but transferable qualities are encouraged.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
* Basic IT skills, including using a tablet.
* Full driving license for van use is essential.
* Subject to a basic DBS check.
