Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Manager

Our Brands Team deliver leading events and experiences in the U.K. and overseas. Leading Brands include our country music brand, Life’s a Rodeo, day time clubbing, Beyond 30, plus other touring events.
About the role
This is a hybrid role based in the UK requiring a mix of remote work and in-person engagement. You’ll drive social media, emails & marketing, influencer partnerships, social focussed ticket acquisition and content across various channels. Additionally, you will attend key events ensuring we have a full library of engaging and reusable content.
You will work closely with the Brands Team Manager, and our in-house Ads Manager to promote the business and expand our reach, growing our customer base.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine the vision for each of the Brands, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
* Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and generate ticket sales.
* Create compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other appropriate online platforms.
* Manage the look, feel and content of the website in partnership with our ticketing partners.
* Develop email campaigns and loyalty programs to increase retention.
* Prepare marketing materials as required.
* Build out an influencer programme with brand ambassadors to expand reach and loyalty.
* Organise content for paid ad campaigns and optimise conversion funnels for growth.
* Track and analyse marketing KPIs, making data-driven improvements.
* Drive innovation and provide inspiration for our customers by continually thinking through new ways to shop and engage that drive conversion and sales.
* Evaluate and react to competitors' merchandising activities & customer trends.
* Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* Work with photographers & videographers to produce high quality content from the events.
* Assist with inbound communications.
* Establish working processes to carefully manage launches, communications and your workload.
What we’re looking for:
* A passion for events & marketing.
* Strong experience using canva or other graphic design tools.
* A courageous attitude when it comes to sharing new ideas, ways of working and creative thinking with outputs.
* E-commerce knowledge/experience is nice to have as we look to expand the business.
* Previous experience in an Events/Start Up organisation. Though not essential.
* Confident in identifying, resolving, and escalating key points and issues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
