We are partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to recruit a Benefits Specialist with a strong focus on US benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing HR function within a complex, international business, where you will play a key role in shaping and managing competitive benefits offerings for US-based employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the administration and continuous improvement of US benefits programmes
* Act as the subject matter expert on US benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
* Partner with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
* Support annual benefits renewals, benchmarking, and vendor selection processes
* Analyse benefits data and trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance employee experience
* Contribute to global benefits projects, aligning US offerings with broader business objectives
* Develop clear and engaging employee communications relating to benefits
About You
* Proven experience managing US benefits within a global organisation
* Strong knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience working in a professional services or similarly complex environment preferred
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
This a permanent, hybrid role offering up to £65,000 plus excellent package.
