* Integrate program requirements into existing workflows through close collaboration and aligning objectives, milestones, and timelines
* Establish engagement frameworks with clear ownership and governance amongst the teams (based on the models defined by Engineering Operations)

* Build and maintain strong stakeholder alignment and lead projects end‑to‑end
* Collaborate with teams across Wise to manage, track, and report on the progress of company‑wide initiatives, ensuring transparency, accountability, and successful delivery

* Experience mapping out clear roadmaps, align stakeholders, and keep teams on track for successful project outcomes
* Experience managing regulatory or compliance‑driven technology programs (e.g., SOX, IT General Controls, or similar audit remediation), with an understanding of operational risk in a regulated environment
* Ability to identify risk and be a visibility champion by keeping potential blockers in sight before they become hurdles
* Be collaborative, whether it’s across teams, tribes, or departments—you’ll create alignment and engagement frameworks to keep all teams synced to shared goals
* An understanding of operational processes within engineering or technology environments
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
