Are you ready to take the reins in driving growth and profitability for our brand? We’re looking for a passionate individual to lead the development and execution of our brand plans. In this role, you will own the flywheel metrics and portfolio performance, ensuring we meet our ambitious goals.
Your Mission:
You will design a local flywheel based on regional insights and collaborate with our marketing and sales teams through the S&OP+ cycle. Your contributions will be vital in steering our brand towards sustainable growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deploy the Regional Portfolio Strategy: Implement the strategy for Pet across customer managers.
* Build and Track Portfolio Plans: Create a strategic plan for the market/cluster and monitor performance against it in S&OP+.
* Drive Growth Agenda: Lead the in-year growth initiatives for the portfolio, transforming assessments into actionable plans with local and regional teams.
* Manage Innovation: Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully launch and renovate products.
* P&L Ownership: Build and manage the portfolio mix and P&L for your respective areas.
* Communication Planning: Work with stakeholders to develop a communication plan that aligns with the flywheel's key elements.
* Best Practice Sharing: Foster relationships across markets to share insights and influence future portfolio directions.
* Understand Pet Owners: Analyze pet owner behaviors to inform the regional portfolio strategy, leveraging data from CMI/research.
* Market Analysis: Collaborate with the Category team to assess the portfolio landscape and identify opportunities for performance acceleration.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Proven background in portfolio management and brand building.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Flywheel analysis and practical analysis (financial, category, or sales).
* Motivation: Highly driven and capable of working independently.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong influencing and relationship-building abilities.
