Why you will love this role: We’re looking for an organised and proactive Team Assistant to help keep our small, international team running smoothly. You’ll support the Director’s PA and the Communications & Partnerships Coordinator across everything from meetings and events to digital comms and admin. It’s a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect if you enjoy learning new things and being part of a friendly, purpose-driven team. What you’ll do • Schedule meetings, manage diaries and support team logistics • Help deliver in-person and online events • Keep mailing lists, inboxes and records up to date • Upload content to our website and help with social media activity • Support finance admin, event materials and digital communications • Provide smooth tech support during online meetings and events What you’ll bring • Strong organisational and communication skills • Confidence using Microsoft Office and online tools • A proactive, problem-solving mindset • A team-focused, flexible approach • Professionalism, discretion and attention to detail • Enthusiasm to learn and grow (Experience in admin, events or communications is a bonus, but not essential.)
