Reporting to the General Counsel for Europe, you will provide legal, compliance and risk management support across multiple jurisdictions.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
* Advising stakeholders on legal risks and contractual strategy
* Supporting compliance initiatives and risk management activities
* Managing legal documentation and internal contract systems
* Coordinating execution of contracts (electronic and wet signature)
* Liaising with external parties on notarisation and apostille matters
* Attending compliance meetings and maintaining accurate records
* Delivering timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal clients
Profile
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE, gained in private practice and/or in-house.
You will demonstrate:
* Experience in areas such as data protection, employment, product regulation or international trade
* Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
* A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded approach
* Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
