CNC Millers & CNC Turners - SK14
Trusted engineering company supplying high-quality components into the aerospace and automotive sectors. We're looking for skilled CNC Millers and CNC Turners to join the team on a long-term basis.
CNC Millers
* Experience setting and operating 3-axis or 5-axis CNC Milling Machines
* Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, or Mazak/Mazatrol controls
* Machining precision components to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and following inspection department instructions
Typical Machines (Example from Current Operators); Correa Anayak (3+2 Axis) - Heidenhain 530, Correa Fox (3+2 axis) - Heidenhain 640 & Bridgeport, Hedelius and DMU 5-axis Millers
CNC Turners
* Experience setting and operating vertical or horizontal lathes
* Siemens control experience preferred (Fanuc also beneficial)
* Turning precision aerospace-grade components to tight tolerances
* Work on machines ranging from 300mm to 2.5m diameter
* Confident using tooling, boring bars and measurement instruments
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years CNC Machining Experience (open to less if strong skill set)
* Strong understanding of precision engineering and tight-tolerance work
* Aerospace/automotive background advantageous
