* Monitor and maintain high clinical standards across the nursing and care teams.
* Support the Home Manager with policies, procedures, and clinical objectives.
* Oversee resident wellbeing, responding to changes and ensuring care plans remain appropriate.
* Act as a key clinical contact for residents, families, and external health and social care professionals.
About You
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
* Previous experience in a senior or clinical leadership role within a care home.
* Strong knowledge of clinical governance, audits, and care systems.
