Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:
3. Payables/Expenses - accurately by processing incoming invoices, matching against orders and obtaining authorisations electronically in accordance with operating procedures
4. Payables/Expenses - raising payments against invoices from suppliers both in GBP and other currencies, requesting foreign currency from third party.
5. Expenses - processing of Employees business expense claims
6. Setting up of new employee accounts
7. Reconciliation of supplier statements
The Successful Applicant
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be/have:
8. Experience in a busy Finance team
9. Accounts Payable specific experience
10. Computer literate with strong Excel skills
11. Good communication skills
12. Immediately available
