What you’ll be doing No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. Cleaning of communal spaces Manage and monitor waste throughout development, complete statutory bin runs, making sure all bins are available for emptying Effectively liaise with the Local Authority of Waste Management Collections as and when required Health & Safety compliance - to include regular system testing where required Conduct daily site inspections and report maintenance requirements and any other issues to the Property Manager Ensure communal areas, such as bin stores, car parks, cycle stores are maintained and well kept Fob & key management Replacement of lightbulbs where necessary Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service to residents Ensure all enquires and repairing issues are dealt with in line with agreed service levels Ensure building is a safe environment in which to live and work and that it is managed in accordance with procedures Complete meter readings as and when required What you need to succeed You'll have experience in a similar role You take pride in your work and adapt easily to changing situations.
