Location: Aldermaston
Salary: up to £42,000 depending on experience
Hours: 07:45 – 16:30. Mon – Fri, 9 day fortnight: enjoy every second Friday OFF(PAID)

About The Role
Job Purpose:
Responsible for carrying out the maintenance and servicing to Gas/Boiler systems and associated equipment as well as supporting on general plumbing duties.
What You'll Do
* Carry out pre-planned maintenance activities on the gas/boiler systems across the account
* Respond to break downs and urgent tasks in a timely manner
* Support with general plumbing duties when required
* Escort subcontractors around site where necessary
* Work closely with the Gas Supervisor to ensure the Gas/Boiler maintenance schedule is adhered to
* Other duties as assigned
Who You'll Be
* Proven experience working in a maintenance / servicing role specifically on gas/boiler equipment
* Commercial gas boiler qualification is essential
* Bottled/compressed gas experience is advantageous
* An understanding of building services / facilities management
* The ability to obtain security clearance
