We are recruiting a SEND Teacher for a specialist school in West Leeds, supporting pupils who need structure, trust, and a tailored approach to learning. About You You will be a strong fit if you: p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Hold QTS or have strong experience working in SEND settings. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Are calm, patient, and adaptable. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Build trust and positive relationships with pupils easily. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Understand that behaviour is often communication. p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Are committed to supporting pupils in specialist, inclusive, or alternative provision settings.
