Based at Moyle Medical Buildings, you will provide vital administrative and secretarial support to a busy multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Community Mental Health Team Cover reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing enquiries Type correspondence, reports, and clinical notes accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office Minute-taking at meetings and ensuring accurate records are maintained Manage electronic and manual diaries, scheduling appointments and coordinating team activities Assist in data entry, collation, and presentation of information using MS Excel Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to Trust policies and procedures Essential Criteria Applicants must meet one of the following qualification and experience combinations: Option 1: 4 GCSEs (Grades AC) including English Language (or equivalent) At least 1 year's paid clerical experience in an office environment, including use of the Microsoft Office suite 1 year's minute-taking experience (for some posts) OR Option 2: English GCSE (Grades AC) or equivalent At least 2 years' paid clerical experience in an office environment, including use of the Microsoft Office suite 1 year's minute-taking experience (for some posts) Experience must include: Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Electronic and manual diary management Organising and servicing meetings Data input, extraction, and collation Additionally, applicants must possess: RSA/OCR Stage II Typing/Word Processing (both parts) or equivalent OR 1 years' experience in the use of ICT, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload under pressure Good understanding of confidentiality, records management, and patient data handling Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Why Join the Northern Trust?
