Key Responsibilities Process all financial transactions in line with internal Financial Management, Payments and Expenses policies. Support a centralised Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Personal Expenses function serving multiple business units. Manage regulatory payments, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and maintaining high standards of accuracy and governance. Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely responses to external stakeholder queries relating to payments and account updates. Contribute to the consistent and efficient operation of finance processes across all legal entities within the group structure. Manage high-volume AP activity, accurately accessing and updating data across multiple systems, including ERP platforms, banking portals, and invoice processing tools. The successful Finance Operations AP Assistant will have: A solid understanding of core accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage high volumes of transactional work with accuracy and efficiency across multiple systems.
