This role will be responsible for managing and executing payments across various banks and major currencies, while processing weekly pay runs for the firm's offices, including obtaining reviews and approvals from the local finance manager. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Other key responsibilities include: Handling intercompany payments, ad hoc payments, and direct debit postings Assisting global finance teams with bank reconciliations Ensuring month-end tasks are completed in a timely manner Exercising judgment and identifying issues that require escalation or additional care Reviewing workflow (or manual) approvals to determine if any additional approvals are required We’d love to hear from you if you: Possess experience in processing payments across various banks, currencies and recognized systems (i.e. BASC, SEPA, Faster payments) Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus.
