An established independent practice just outside Bicester is looking for a Senior Accountant who wants genuine variety, client exposure and a clear path forward.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll work across a mixed portfolio of owner-managed businesses and individuals, preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and VAT returns, while supporting tax compliance and advisory projects.
You won't be hidden behind a desk. You'll deal directly with clients, answer queries, support planning conversations and become a trusted point of contact.
You'll also review and support junior staff, helping to maintain quality and develop the team around you.
