Our client is a multinational group that manufactures and sells innovative products and customised solutions in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration. With a strong financial position and excellent products, this exciting group has aggressive growth plans, operating in the UK and through numerous subsidiaries worldwide.
MISSION
As the Managing Director, you'll be the pivotal leader responsible for steering their success and driving continued growth in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to put your stamp on their operations, bringing fresh, exciting ideas to the forefront. You'll directly oversee sales, technical support, finance, and administration, acting as the primary driver behind their sales targets and key account management. They are looking for a visionary who can lead the team, champion their values, and significantly contribute to their ongoing expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Overseeing all financial and operational aspects of the UK & Ireland subsidiary, ensuring robust performance and efficient management.
* Leading and growing their B2B sales efforts across the UK and Ireland, focusing on key accounts with OEMs, contractors, and installation companies, as well as direct customers.
* Providing strong technical guidance and support, leveraging your knowledge to effectively communicate the innovative features of our products.
* Cultivating and developing a high-performing team, acting as an inspirational leader who coaches, motivates, and elevates individual and collective potential.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience managing a branch office, division, or sales team, with a strong command of its financial and operational aspects.
* Prior experience within the HVAC-R industry
* A demonstrable track record of B2B sales, successfully selling into OEM, contractor, and installation companies, as well as directly to customers in the UK and Ireland.
* A natural and inspirational leadership style with a proven talent for coaching, motivating, and elevating a high-performing team.
