SAP EWM Consultant Bristol, Chester or Coventry - 2-3 days per month on site £500-£550/day Inside IR-35 BPSS role - no clearance required Overview: Lead the functional design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA EWM across multiple UK sites. Work with product owners, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable, template-driven warehouse and production logistics capabilities. Non-SAP integration refers to an external ERP. You will not work inside that system. Key Responsibilities: Run requirements workshops and produce designs, specs, and test assets Configure and test EWM processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, execution Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare Own process mapping, gap analysis, and improvements Configure EWM objects: HU, packing specs, putaway and removal, replenishment Set up task and resource management, RF screens, exceptions, warehouse monitor Support production integration: staging, consumption posting, confirmations Collaborate on automation integration and WCS handshakes (monitoring and error handling patterns) Support data migration of EWM objects and integration with SAP and external ERP (no hands-on in external ERP) Contribute to template vs site-specific design and embedded vs decentralised EWM decisions Priority Skills: Inventory management and stock handling Space utilisation, slotting, replenishment Material flow and storage control (POSC, LOSC where relevant) Automation and WCS integration patterns Production integration with S/4 PP Transportation execution and planning touchpoints with TM Quality and yard management Integration Footprint (priority order): MM, SD, TM, PP, QM, FI Requirements: 3 years of hands-on SAP EWM functional consulting (S/4HANA preferred) S/4HANA EWM certification (does not need to be current) Track record of new warehouse deployments and full lifecycle delivery Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and workshop skills Aerospace industry experience is an advantage Flexibility and Travel: Remote first On-site on average 1-2 times per month across Bristol, Manchester (Chester), and Canley Flexibility to increase on-site presence at key stages Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
