1. Position: Service Advisor

3. Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
5. 1 in 4 Saturdays paid as overtime.

What you’ll be doing as the new Service Advisor:
8. Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle servicing
9. Ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience from booking to completion
10. Advising customers on the necessary work and keeping them updated throughout
11. Collaborating with the service and workshop teams to meet customer expectations
What we're looking for from the Service Advisor:
12. Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within the motor trade or a similar customer service environment
13. Knowledge of motor trade systems including Kerridge is advantageous
14. Strong communication and organisational skills
15. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a professional attitude
16. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team
