They're looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team and support a growing portfolio of work across sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and heritage.
A bit about the role
* This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident managing projects from initial survey through to completion. You'll be involved in:
* Building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports
* Preparing specifications and overseeing refurbishment projects
* Contract administration and project management
* Advising on dilapidations, compliance, and maintenance strategies
* Supporting planning and heritage-related applications
About You
* You'll be MRICS qualified with a solid grounding in professional and project-based work. Key requirements include:
* Experience across a range of property types and sectors
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Comfortable working independently and within a team
* Full UK driving licence
