Job Overview
The role is a Learning Design position based in Nottingham, UK, with a hybrid work pattern: 3 days in-office (Tuesday-Thursday) and 2 days remote.
Responsibilities
* Partner with key stakeholders to identify learning needs of customer-facing associates and translate complex processes into clear content.
* Act as trusted professional advisor, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and delivery of material.
* Conduct training needs analysis using performance data and feedback to shape learning objectives and highlight gaps.
* Design blended learning solutions (eLearning, virtual, classroom, and job aids) that are engaging, inclusive, and accessible for UK and offshore associates.
* Collaborate with learning facilitators to ensure seamless handover and delivery.
* Complete post-delivery evaluation, implement changes based on insights, and use evaluation frameworks to assess effectiveness.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and share best practice among peers.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects, setting and tracking deadlines that drive results.
* Experience in training evaluation, measuring ROI of training plans and meeting learning objectives.
* Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
* Deep understanding of learning and development theories and practices, and ability to guide the entire learning cycle.
* Instructional design expertise, skilled in creating engaging learning materials in partnership with external suppliers.
Work Arrangement
Permanent position in the Nottingham office. Hybrid work model: Monday and Friday work-from-home, Tuesday to Thursday in-office.
