About the Role
We are partnering with Waythrough to find an Employment Specialist for their Surrey Employment service. Our goal is to assist individuals in finding paid employment or returning to work after ill health, and to support employers and employees in resolving workplace health issues. Your role will involve sourcing appropriate roles for clients, providing careers advice, setting recovery and employment goals, and delivering training in CV writing and interview techniques.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with primary care providers, clinical teams, partner organizations, local employers, and other agencies.
2. Develop and promote the service proactively.
3. Manage admin systems to ensure timely referrals, assessments, and reviews.
4. Support clients with mental health and physical health issues, helping them set and achieve employment goals.
5. Travel within the local area and work outside of office hours as needed.
Requirements
* Understanding of the IPS model of working and related health issues.
* Excellent motivational, presentation, and listening skills.
* Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Valid driving license and access to a car.

There are three roles based in Woking. This is a rolling recruitment process. Candidates will be interviewed as shortlisted.
