Minimum Requirements
1. Grade 12/Standard 10 Technical (Essential/Minimum)
2. Certificate of Competence: Assessor (Essential/Minimum)
3. Certificate in ETDP Level 4 (Essential/Minimum)
4. 2-3 years of experience in a People and Performance administrative or services environment (Essential/Minimum)
5. Proficiency in SAP Position Specific Module (Essential/Minimum)
6. Proficiency in MS Office Relevant Package (Essential/Minimum)
7. Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
8. Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
9. Experience in coordinating training activities and managing databases
10. Ability to conduct functional audits and maintain data integrity
Duties & Responsibilities
11. Coordinate and oversee the administration of all training activities, including registration and documentation.
12. Manage databases, capture and update information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
13. Conduct audits on training details and learner information, addressing discrepancies promptly.
14. Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including line management and external partners.
15. Organize and book training sessions, events, and travel arrangements.
16. Prepare invoices and manage payments for training facilities, materials, and assessments.
17. Support e-learning systems and facilitate self-directed learning initiatives.
18. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and address any potential hazards.
19. Prepare reports, analysis, and documentation for management review.
20. Promote a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and ethical practices.
