My client is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to join their Sout Wales based team on a permanent basis.
The successful applicant will support the continued growth of the business by ensuring a high standard of quality and compliance across all projects.
Duties:
1. Manage and drive improvements in health and safety
2. Promote and share best practice across our offices
3. Conduct regular audits in accordance with the quality management system
4. Provide ongoing training to ensure all projects are carried out to the desired standard
5. Coach and mentor colleagues to support their continuous development
6. Provide feedback to the supply chain to consistently improve quality and development of systems
7. Control budgeted expenditure and effective management of relevant costs
8. Assist in the improvement of processes and systems to maximise output and productivity
9. Ensure the environment operates at the highest standards of professionalism and safety
Qualifications/Experience:
Candidates will preferably be educated to a degree standard or equivalent, ideally in a construction or engineering discipline
The successful candidate will have the following skills;
10. Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
11. The ability to positively influence colleagues in operations and drive change where necessary
12. A sound knowledge of IT systems
13. First rate verbal and written communication skills
14. Highly self-motivated and innovative
