THE ROLE
* Deliver high‑quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors.
* Audio typing and preparation of legal documents and case files.
* Assist with invoicing, billing queries, and credit control.
* Support new‑client onboarding, including AML checks and file setup.
* Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
* Liaise professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person.
* Handle sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
* Prepare court bundles and maintain organised case documentation.
* Perform general office administration including filing, scanning, and CMS management.
* Ensure GDPR compliance and uphold strict confidentiality.
THE CANDIDATE
* Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential.
* Litigation experience is desirable.
* Have high computer literacy and MS Office skills.
* Be organised and efficient.
* Possess accuracy and attention to detail.
* Have a professional telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Possess autonomy but also work well as part of a team.
