We\'re growing our team in the CT4 villages - Lyminge, Etchinghill and Elham - and we\'re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their local community.

Overview
Care as it should be - unhurried, personal, rewarding. At Home Instead, we give you the time to care properly. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, so you can focus on what matters, helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued.
Responsibilities
* You\'ll support older adults with things like:
* Personal care and mobility
* Preparing meals or a comforting cuppa
* Light household tasks to keep their home safe
* Sharing conversation, stories and companionship
* Supporting with some health tasks - e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (full training provided)
Qualifications
* Right to work in the UK
* Full driving licence & access to a car
* Clear English and good communication skills
* A kind nature and willingness to learn
* No previous care experience? No problem, we\'ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
