Senior Land Referencer

TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their land referencing team in the Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. Collaborating with delivery and spatial data teams, the land referencing function plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and well-documented land referencing for statutory processes including DCOs, CPOs, and TWAOs.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Leading quality assurance of land ownership data input into proprietary databases
* Developing and refining land referencing methodologies to support project enquiries
* Managing field teams and logistical processes for on-site data collection
* Interpreting and analyzing complex datasets related to land and property assets
* Reviewing intricate title documentation and translating findings into BOR schedules
* Coordinating closely with GIS and project delivery functions
* Participating in project meetings with stakeholders
* Providing progress updates and reporting to internal and external teams
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?
* Degree in geography, land surveying or similar discipline which relates to land.
* Proven experience within land referencing working on major projects going towards DCO/CPO/TWAOs
* Able to manage multiple projects and team members at once.
* Strong communication skills and able to communicate with both internal clients and external clients and landowners
* Full Driving license
* People Management skills
* Experience managing Mobile data collection tools
* Knowledge of GIS systems and FME
