Unit Role: Leading for the development and procurement of future Facilities Management (FM) and other infrastructure enabling contracts, working with wider DIO to help enable Defence personnel to live, work, train and deploy at home and overseas. Position Role: Provision of military requirements expertise to the programme of Facilities Management (FM) contracts, and engagement with FLCs. Responsibilities: Provide Tri-Service FM subject matter advice Maintain liaison with TLBs on functional requirements and ensure their coherency with current policy and strategy for FMPD. Undertake requirement activities through Project lifecycle. Build and Maintain an effective stakeholder network to support current FMPD business output across the globe. Being the customer voice throughout the requirements process to ensure representation. Working in a predominately civil service team. Personal development Trg such as iWFM and APM is supported. Domestic considerations: Must work from Andover base 3 days a week.
