Responsibilities

* Ensure seamless daily operations, efficient executive support, meticulous project tracking, and HR oversight.
* Use multiple IT platforms, such as Trello and Asana, to manage tasks and projects.
* Take accurate and well-presented minutes in various meetings.
* Attend all senior meetings and Board meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action points.
* Coordinate internal and external communications, arranging car servicing, insurance renewals, and registrations.
* Book travel, accommodations, and itineraries, checking in travelling guests and providing specific parameters for their travel needs.
* Circulate meeting notes, action points, and take ownership of following up on such points.

Requirements

* Prior experience in Office Management, Personal Assistance, and Project Coordination.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise duties.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
