Are you a skilled Collections Specialist looking to rise to a new challenge?
Pepper Advantage is one of the leading loan servicing companies in the UK, currently recruiting for Collections Specialists to join our team in Uxbridge, London.
We seek candidates with exceptional customer service skills to manage mortgage servicing throughout the complete cycle, providing workout solutions for customers facing payment difficulties, and coordinating the litigation process with solicitors.
This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office after a 3-4 month training period.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing mortgage administration activities accurately and promptly
* Communicating regularly with customers experiencing payment difficulties
* Negotiating arrears workout options such as arrangements, capitalisation, loan workouts, and shortfall sales
* Monitoring and ensuring compliance with workout strategies, taking further action as needed
* Analyzing problems, thinking creatively, and making effective decisions in a timely manner
* Having recent experience in a Collections role
* Dealing with customers facing financial difficulties
* Exposure to operational loans, preferably in mortgages
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Communicating effectively and clearly with customers
* Experience within the Financial Services Industry
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Understanding of Consumer Duty and regulatory requirements
