JOR Property Ltd are a busy property maintenance company based in Aberdeen.
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time, experienced Joiner to join our business. Please note this is not for a self employed joiner, this is a staff position. Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of general Joinery processes, and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You will also have good interpersonal skills, with a customer focused outlook and be able to work and communicate effectively, on your own, and as part of a team.
Must be/have:
* Fluent in English – spoken and written
* Time-Served and experienced
* Able to read/interpret architect plans
* Proficient at kitchen fitting
* Fully conversant in all areas of joinery finishing's
* Able to follow processes and instructions, e.g. getting job sheets signed etc.
* Punctual, reliable and conscientious
* Team player, confident communicator and well presented
We operate an easy to use, state of the art, IOS app to track jobs, enabling us to work smarter with real-time communication between our customers, field staff and office. Full training will be provided.
Hourly rate of pay dependable on experience.
