1. Experience working with children or young people with SEN, ideally in a school setting
2. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
3. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
4. A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
5. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
