Offer description

1. Prepare purchase orders and ensure the compliance of all terms and conditions including contract conditions
2. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on contract matters
3. Assist in dispute resolution and cost control
4. Check and prepare Purchase Orders and its relevant documents and to oversee contract adherence.
5. Negotiations for any scopes prior to the award focusing on contract terms.
6. Address contractual matters to management and project team.
