Job Responsibilities
* Client Engagement & Sales
o Proactively welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
o Build strong client relationships through personalized interactions, understanding their needs, and anticipating their desires.
o Master product knowledge across all categories (leather goods, ready‑to‑wear, accessories, etc.) to confidently present and explain features, benefits, and brand heritage.
o Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively cross‑selling and up‑selling.
o Maintain a pristine and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are beautifully presented.
* Client Relationship Management (CRM)
o Utilize CRM tools to capture client information, preferences, and purchase history.
o Proactively follow up with clients through various channels (phone, email, in‑store appointments) to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
o Host and participate in client events, developing a strong network of loyal clients.
* Brand Ambassador
o Embody the Louis Vuitton brand image through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and passion for luxury.
o Maintain an in‑depth understanding of current fashion trends, luxury market insights, and competitor activities.
o Act as a role model for new team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Operational Excellence
o Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, inventory management, and security.
o Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
o Assist with inventory receiving, transfers, and stock management as needed.
Profile
* Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (2+ years preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
* A genuine passion for luxury fashion, art, and culture.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
