We are looking for a Stock & Warehouse Administrator to join our Ardagh Glass team in Barnsley, supporting the Warehouse Manager and wider operations. This is a full-time, day-shift role, working Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, offering stability and a great work-life balance.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £32,000.00 per annum and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Manage inbound/outbound deliveries using SAP and Transporeon
* Create pick notes, assign tasks; Monitor task progress and escalate delays to site management
* Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and system updates
* Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive culture and drive site efficiency
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience in inventory/stock control and warehouse admin
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and great attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
* SAP, WMS and Transportation Management Platform experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Background in 3PL and fast-paced environments is a plus
