The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to lead the people side of large-scale transformation for a high profile, values driven organisation. This role sits at the heart of our change agenda, ensuring change is understood, adopted and sustained, not just delivered. You'll partner with programme and operational leaders to drive behavioural change, embed new ways of working and create real improvements in colleague and customer experience. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in making meaningful change happen in practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the people focused elements of major transformation programmes.
* Assess change readiness, risks and impacts; drive actions to enable adoption.
* Build strong sponsorship and alignment with senior leaders.
* Shape and deliver engagement, communications and behavioural change plans.
* Manage resistance using targeted, insight driven interventions.
* Track adoption and behavioural KPIs, acting quickly where progress stalls.
* Ensure new processes and behaviours embed fully post implementation.
* Translate change into measurable improvements for colleagues and customer
Ideal candidate
* Proven experience as a Business Change Manager / Change Lead, leading on large scale people transformation projects
* Strong delivery track record across large, complex, multi workstream programmes.
* Expertise in people change readiness, stakeholder alignment, adoption and behavioural change.
* Confident influencing senior leaders and challenging constructively.
* Practical application of ADKAR, Prosci or similar methodologies.
* Able to measure adoption and sustainment, not just drive activity.
