Electrical Technician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £62,500 + 10% Bonus
Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift (Days and Nights Shifts)

With a rapidly growing site in Essex, they are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team. As a key member of the site engineering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of plant and equipment in a modern, fast-paced engineering environment that offers constant challenge, variety and excitement for ambitious engineers.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and service electrical systems and equipment to ensure reliable plant operation.
* Diagnose and fix electrical faults on motors, inverters, VSD/VFDs and PLCs.
* Assist with electrical maintenance planning and preventive maintenance activities.
* Support cranes or hydraulics machinery where applicable.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to support continuous improvement and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Must have a Level 3 Engineering Qualification.
* Background in Electrical Maintenance.
* Electrical engineering skills including motors, inverters, VSD/VFDs, PLC fault finding.
* Experience carrying out maintenance on cranes or hydraulic machinery is beneficial.
